Agrosta®Belle2 texture analyzer

A versatile texture analyzer, simple and efficient, extremely accurate, working all

the time like a pack donkey - Belle2 can perform texture testing for any food,

pharmacy, any other sector, according to any standard

Agrosta®Belle2 texture analyzer collects 80 pressure measurements per second. It can work according to 4

differents modes : Single pressure, Double pressure, Constant pressure and Tensile testing

The machine provides the following data for each mode :

SINGLE PRESSURE: Hardness, fracturability, adhesiveness, resilience.

●

DOUBLE PRESSURE: Hardness, fracturability, adhesiveness, resilience, gumminess, springiness, chewiness,

cohesiveness.

●

PULL MODE: Max pressure, fracturability.

●

CONSTANT PRESSURE: Initial deflection (once it first reaches the load), final deflection (at the end of the measurement)

The raw data (80 measurements per second) can be connected either on a phone/tablet or on a computer, using one of the 2

apps provided with the machine - The machine and the apps display the curve of the texture profile - Using the app for android,

you can scan a barcode and associate it to the data
